Starbucks always has something new brewing. The Starbucks Reserve stores are a place to celebrate the art, science and craft that go into an inspired cup of coffee. Even though the space is new construction the look is comfortable, hand made and feels like it's been a favorite spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee for years. After all a delicious cup of coffee deserves a delicious space to be enjoyed in.

BEAUTY IS SKIN DEEP, OR SO THEY SAY. This building has a wonderfully functional plan but was worn and tired on the exterior. Working with Upward Architecture to keep the best features, the building now is functional with a ton of curb appeal. Doing the work without disturbing the operation of the tenants businesses was key. The trick – communication. The result – a building that works for its owner and its tenants.

A DIFFERENT APPROACH. Flexibility in approach is one of the benefits offered by DB Contractors. For the Borsen Building that flexibility allowed the developer to act as his own general contractor while partnering with DB as the project manager.
This allowed the developer to have control over all aspects of the work while knowing he had a highly experienced team coordinating the work. Along with pride in craft, DB also takes great pride in finding creative ways to meet each client’s unique objectives.
