Tetra Tech is a leading provider of consulting and engineering services worldwide. As they note on their website their "strength is in collectively providing integrated services—delivering the best solutions to meet our clients' needs." With a vision that aligns so well with DB's, it's only logical that they selected DB to do the build out on their Seattle office.
BEAUTY IS SKIN DEEP, OR SO THEY SAY. This building has a wonderfully functional plan but was worn and tired on the exterior. Working with Upward Architecture to keep the best features, the building now is functional with a ton of curb appeal. Doing the work without disturbing the operation of the tenants businesses was key. The trick – communication. The result – a building that works for its owner and its tenants.
